“Harassment Prevention,” American Correctional Association Winter Conference 2008

Stephen B. Stern, recently named a member of the American Correctional Association’s Legal Issues Committee, conducted a training session entitled “Harassment Prevention” at the ACA’s 2008 Winter Conference. The session was designed to help managers:

- React Appropriately to Allegations of Harassment
- Understand Potential Exposure to Liability for Failing to Comply With Harassment Prevention Policies
