Ryan C. Tuley is Of Counsel in Ross, Dixon & Bell’s Orange County office. Mr. Tuley joined RDB in 2006 after practicing for several years with a prominent Orange County insurance and commercial litigation firm.
Mr. Tuley’s practice focuses on representing clients in complex insurance coverage, bad faith, and business litigation matters. Mr. Tuley also devotes a significant amount of his time to advising clients regarding insurance coverage issues under directors and officers, errors and omissions, and general liability policies. Mr. Tuley has handled a large variety of matters in state and federal courts from the pre-litigation stage through discovery, trial, and appeal.
Mr. Tuley received his J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1998, where he graduated cum laude and was elected to the Order of the Coif. While in law school, Mr. Tuley received several legal writing and oral advocacy awards, and was a member the school’s law review.
Mr. Tuley graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1995 and received a B.A. in business economics with a specialization in computing (computer science).
