- Acquisition. We regularly negotiate and prepare acquisition and lease documentation, and perform due diligence analysis for residential development and commercial real estate acquisitions, including planned residential communities, industrial parks, office complexes, and retail shopping centers. RDB lawyers enhance our clients’ due diligence teams by providing a comprehensive review and analysis of a wide range of acquisition issues, such as title, survey, easements, licenses, zoning, land use, lease analysis, and environmental matters.
- Development. RDB is actively involved in large-scale commercial real estate development and redevelopment projects in a number of major cities across the United States. RDB provides comprehensive legal services in connection with the construction and development of urban redevelopment and revitalization projects, including neighborhood shopping centers, power centers, regional malls, entertainment and retail centers, and commercial office and industrial business parks.
