Paul L. Gale is a partner in Ross, Dixon & Bell, LLP’s Orange County office.
Mr. Gale is AV® Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell. He has over 30 years of experience in complex litigation, including contract disputes, unfair competition and trade secret disputes, and intellectual property disputes. He also handles all aspects of patent, trademark, and copyright litigation. His complex commercial litigation, intellectual property, trial, and appellate experience is extremely diverse.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Gale was a partner and served as General Counsel of an Orange County law firm. He has represented public and private corporations and public entities in both state and federal courts at the trial and appellate court levels. He has represented clients in a variety of cases including a claim alleging false designation of origin under the Lanham Act in which products labeled “Made in Korea” were actually being made in China and then transshipped to Korea to evade quota limitations, and representation of Los Angeles County against the City of Los Angeles in a dispute involving millions of dollars of tax increment revenue.
Mr. Gale earned both his law degree and his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.
