February In-House Counsel Antitrust Update for the ABA Section of Antitrust Law

Ross, Dixon & Bell attorneys Merril Hirsh, Gabriela Richeimer, Daniel Streeter, and Clarence Lee presented the February Antitrust Update for In-House Counsel, a telephonic brown bag program presented by the Corporate Counseling Committee of the American Bar Association’s Section of Antitrust Law.
Topics included the FTC’s recently filed patent settlement case against Cephalon and the latest developments in the Visa/MasterCard antitrust litigation. The program was moderated by Eric J. Stock of Hogan & Hartson LLP, Vice-Chair of the Corporate Counseling Committee.
This program continues the Committee’s popular monthly series of brown bags in which antitrust practitioners report on the most recent developments at the agencies and in the courts. The update portion of the program was followed by a Q&A at the end.
