Leadership

We know we can attribute our success to the contributions made by every one of our attorneys and employees as they do their jobs every day. We recognize that our people sustain our client relationships and make us a successful enterprise. We are fortunate to have a talented group of professionals and staff whose leadership enables the firm to function, grow, and provide the client service for which we are renowned.

Our Management Committee, consisting of senior lawyers from our four offices, meets regularly to set firm policies and strategies. Current MCOM members include Eileen Bower, Jack Gerstein, Roy Bell, Robert Pozin, Tom Blair, Michael Whitton, and myself.

Other important leadership functions are carried out by a number of dedicated lawyers. For example, Sally Gere serves as the firm’s General Counsel, a newly appointed position in 2007. Our pro bono efforts are coordinated by Monique FuentesAlec Barinholtz, and Christopher Walters, and overseen by Chicago partner Ed Mullen. Our recruitment committees are led by Tony Jones, Terry McInnis, Tim Irving and Hallie Fahey. Finally, our chief operating officer Tim Neary leads a group of committed professionals who manage and oversee the day-to-day administrative functions of the firm.

I feel fortunate and privileged to be part of RDB; to be working with talented individuals, providing outstanding client service at a firm that values its people, their professional development, and quality of life. On behalf of the firm and our management, I invite you to explore our Web site and contact us if you have questions or wish to learn more about our firm.
