Leslie Ahari has 20 years of litigation and counseling experience in insurance coverage matters arising nationwide. She has represented insurers in matters involving directors and officers claims, professional liability claims, and general liability claims. She has extensive experience in complex coverage disputes involving shareholder litigation, fiduciary liability, antitrust, bankers’ professional liability, and other professional liability matters. Ms. Ahari regularly represents insurers in complex coverage litigation in suits across the country, and has extensive experience resolving coverage disputes through mediation and alternative dispute resolution methods.
Ms. Ahari also is an experienced commercial litigator, having represented corporations and other organizations in complex litigation.
