Jonathan Cohen is an associate in the Washington, DC office of Ross, Dixon & Bell, LLP. 

Mr. Cohen is actively involved in professional liability matters concerning lawyers and accountants, insurance litigation, and employment litigation. Prior to joining the firm in 2003, he clerked for the Honorable Eric L. Clay of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

Mr. Cohen attended Yale Law School, where he received a Coker Fellowship to assist in the instruction of Constitutional Law. He served as a teaching assistant in Civil Procedure and as a member of the Moot Court Board. Mr. Cohen was a finalist in the Morris Tyler Moot Court of Appeals. While at Yale, he also led several undergraduate sections in two courses, Civil Rights & Civil Liberties and Crime & Punishment.

Mr. Cohen regularly contributes to the RDB Employment Practices Alert and serves on the firm’s professional responsibility committee.
