U.S. Law Week Reports on RDB Pro Bono ADA Win

Defending the rights of recovering drug addicts to receive treatment, RDB attorneys achieved a significant victory on February 12, 2008 for pro bono client A Helping Hand, a methadone clinic in Baltimore County, in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
U.S. Law Week, a Bureau of National Affairs, Inc. publication, reported on the Fourth Circuit’s decision in a February 26, 2008 article entitled, “Methadone Users’ Substantial Impairment Triable Issue of ADA ‘Regarded As’ Disability.”
