Erik Pritchard is an experienced litigator with a wide-ranging practice. He represents corporations, nonprofit organizations, small businesses, and individuals in federal and state courts. His areas of practice include, among others, antitrust, contract, insurance coverage, intellectual property, personal injury, and professional malpractice. Erik is experienced in both bench and jury trials, as well as appeals.

Erik’s recent matters include copyright litigation in federal court; insurance coverage litigation in both federal and state courts; breach of contract arbitration; and pre-lawsuit franchise disputes.

Erik is a partner in Ross, Dixon & Bell’s Orange County, California office. He previously worked in the firm’s Washington, DC office.

Erik graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1999. While in law school, he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Law & Politics and argued cases in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
