Afternoon
1:00 p.m. The day is ours. A few of us from the OC and SD offices grab lunch at a nearby sandwich shop before heading out to do some sightseeing.

6:00 p.m. We arrive back at the hotel, a bit worn out from the heat and humidity (to which we Californians were not yet accustomed). We relax a little before meeting the Chicago summer associates for dinner.

7:00 p.m. A group of us from the SD, OC, and Chicago offices heads out for some Chinese food. Afterwards, we have a drink at the hotel lounge before parting ways for the night.

10:30 p.m. I do a quick review of the complaint in the case that we will be simulating over the course of Litigation Week. Because tomorrow is a big day, I call it an early night.
