We know that partnership is the goal of most attorneys joining our firm and we encourage our laterals in this pursuit. Though not a fixed rule, we generally require lateral attorneys to be with RDB for a minimum of three years before they are eligible for consideration for advancement to partnership (of course, this would be longer for a more junior attorney). The firm also accepts candidates for lateral partnership, depending upon a number of individual factors including their level of experience and development potential.
