Testimonials
When deciding whether to join a new firm, most attorneys carefully consider how the change will affect both their practice and their personal lives. Typical concerns are: how will I be integrated into the firm’s practice? How much responsibility will they give me and how soon? How are laterals viewed by associates at the firm? The answers to these questions are perhaps best addressed by other attorneys who themselves came to RDB as laterals.
