When deciding whether to join a new firm, most attorneys carefully consider how the change will affect both their practice and their personal lives. Typical concerns are: how will I be integrated into the firm’s practice? How much responsibility will they give me and how soon? How are laterals viewed by associates at the firm? Gaby joined RDB in 1998 after working as an associate in the Washington office of a large international law firm. Ms. Richeimer was promoted to partner in 2004.

Paul joined RDB as a partner in October 2006, after 27 years at a Newport Beach-based law firm, where he served as general counsel.
