Ben Eggert is a partner in Ross, Dixon & Bell, LLP’s Washington, DC office.
Since joining the firm in 2000, Mr. Eggert’s practice has focused on handling complex insurance coverage litigation matters and advising clients on a broad range of insurance coverage issues, including directors and officers liability, professional liability, general liability, and “bad faith” matters. He has litigated in federal and state trial, appellate and supreme courts in jurisdictions across the country. Additionally, Mr. Eggert has been active in the firm’s pro bono practice, litigating matters and advising public interest organizations in the areas of race and disability discrimination.
Mr. Eggert received his law degree in 2000 from the University of Virginia, where he was a Dillard Fellow and served as an editor on the Virginia Journal of Social Policy and the Law. He also received his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia, graduating with distinction in 1996.
